To get started, the iasset.com platform will need details of your installed devices and/or contracts for warranty, maintenance, support & licenses. This can be taken from existing contract records or from your POS or sales data. If your organisation doesn’t currently hold this information – that’s ok. Because the platform can “build as you go” and create device or contract records with each new install. It captures every piece of information, including install sites, hardware identifiers such as SKU or part numbers, as well as start and end dates for contractable items.

But iasset.com doesn’t just help identify all of these lifecycle events and opportunities, then prompting your team to then take manual action, it will go a step further by automatically creating quotes using your current pricing logic (including price lists or yearly uplifts on original sales price), ready for your sales team (or your partners) to send to customers. You can even choose to have the platform action all of your lower-value transactions on your behalf, at a fraction of the cost, freeing up your staff to focus on larger, more complex opportunities. And, once the sale is complete, the platform will auto-update with the latest product or service information, in preparation for the next lifecycle event.
