This Privacy Policy applies to both our websites www.iasset.com and www.channelgateway.com (referred to herein as “Site(s)”), and our Software as a Service platform (referred to herein as the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how iasset.com receives and processes personal information as defined by applicable law from its business customers who use our Platform (“Customer Personal Information” or “Customer PI”) and visitors (as prospective business customers) to its Sites or “Site(s)” (“Visitor Personal Information” or “Visitor PI”). Customer PI and Visitor PI may be referred to herein as Personal Information or “PI.” "Personal Information" or “Personal Data” means any personal data or personally identifiable information within the meaning of the applicable privacy laws including without limitation the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Protection Act (“Data Protection Laws”).
iasset.com receives Customer Personal Information for the business purposes of providing software as a service for its customers (collectively referred to herein as “Services”) to its customers who use and access the Platform. Specifically, iasset.com receives or collects the following types of Customer PI: First Name and Last Name; Contact information (E-mail address, physical business address). Visitors to its Site may provide Visitor PI (including name and business email address) so that iasset.com can contact them to provide information about their Services.
By using the Sites or the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY, IASSET.COM DOES NOT GRANT YOU ANY LICENSE OR OTHER RIGHTS TO USE THE SITES OR THE PLATFORM AND YOU SHOULD EXIT THIS SITE AND/OR CEASE USE OF THE PLATFORM.

In addition to and without limitation of any other terms herein, iasset.com will operate the Websites and Platform, including the collection and storage of Personal Information and Sensitive Information, in compliance with all applicable data privacy and data security laws and regulations, including all applicable laws and regulations concerning personal data submitted to, collected by, used by, stored on, and/or hosted on the Websites or Platform, which include the EU General Data Protection Legislation effective as of May 25, 2018, the European Directive 2009/136/EC, and any and all other applicable and/or successor data privacy/security legislation in any state, federal, or foreign country or other jurisdiction in which the Websites and Platform are hosted and/or operates, including data collection, data processing, and email activities.
We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your Personal Information or Sensitive Information with or to any third party for any reason, including targeted advertising to our users. iasset.com does not currently permit the collection of personal or tracking information by third parties through advertising technologies deployed on the Websites or Platform nor does iasset.com share Personal Information collected from the Websites or Platform with any third parties (other than its Providers).
Our Platform allows our customers to scale maintenance renewal and cloud programs. Working closely with our customers, our team designs, develops and deploys programs on the Platform that manage data, interact with complex systems and automate onerous data administrative processes. All Platform data and other information is stored and managed on iasset.com’s servers and then used by our customers to contact and manage their respective end customers, manage their respective renewal businesses, and undertake product lifecycle quoting and channel management.
iasset.com does not control the content or type of information that our customers choose to collect or manage using the Platform. That information belongs to our respective customers and, without limitation of iasset.com’s obligations hereunder, is used, disclosed and protected by them in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
iasset.com acknowledges that you have the right to access your Personal Information on the Platform at any time. Our customers control and are responsible for correcting, deleting or updating Personal Information and any other information that they have collected from you via the Platform and stored thereon. If iasset.com receives a request to remove your Personal Information from the Platform and/or to stop contacting you via the Platform, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and, in all cases, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Without limitation of iasset.com’s obligations hereunder, if you are an end customer of one of our customers and would no longer like to be contacted by that customer via our Platform, you should notify that business entity directly as well.
Under the direction of our customers, iasset.com uses the Platform to support the Platform, including the detection, prevention and resolution of security and technical issues, and provide support and maintenance to its customers and to derive usage statistics and related information for customer billing purposes. iasset.com shares user information, including Personal Information, with its Providers solely to enable those Providers to provide the Platform and the foregoing services on iasset.com’s behalf.
We may assist our customers in providing notice to their Platform users and visitors about their data collection, processing and usage activities.
iasset.com shares personal information with trusted Service Providers (referred to herein as “Providers” and under GDPR as Data Processors) for the business purposes of providing the Services and includes the following types of services: sales automation, website management, platform hosting, security monitoring, email marketing, marketing communications, marketing analytics, payment processing, and technical support.
You are free to explore the Sites to learn more about iasset.com without providing any Personal Information. When you register for one of our website resources, you will provide Personal Information such as name, email and other contact information. The processing of that personal information is governed by this Privacy Policy.
We use the information we collect in compliance with this Privacy Policy in addition to any data privacy and protection requirements set forth in our customer agreements. iasset.com shares user information, including Personal Information, with its Providers solely to enable those Providers to provide the Sites and related services on iasset.com’s behalf.
In addition to the uses identified elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we may use your Personal Information to: (a) improve your browsing experience by personalizing the Sites; (b) send information to you which we think may be of interest to you by post, email, or other means; (c) send you marketing communications relating to our business.
If iasset.com receives a request to remove your Personal Information from any website and/or to stop contacting you via any website, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and, in all cases, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We use technologies to collect information, which includes cookies. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us to improve the Services and your experience. More information about our cookies can be found here.
Neither the Sites nor the Platform are intended for or targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 13.
Subject to the terms herein, iasset.com employs industry-standard administrative, technical, organizational and physical measures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to protect the security of its user information and to protect against unauthorized access thereto or unauthorized use or disclosure thereof. While iasset.com takes reasonable efforts to guard information, no security system is impenetrable.
iasset.com retains PI as long as necessary to provide the Services unless a longer period is required for legal or compliance purposes.
iasset.com may use aggregated or de-identified information (not containing personal information) (“Aggregated Information”) to analyze trends and improve its Services.
iasset.com may disclose PI to a third party if (a) it believes that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or (b) to protect the security or integrity of the Services from harm or illegal activities.
iasset.com may share or transfer PI in connection with, any merger, sale of iasset.com assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of the business to another iasset.com. iasset.com may share or transfer Aggregated Information to affiliate or related companies for its business purposes.
iasset.com does not sell or share PI as defined under CCPA. Customers residing in California have certain rights with respect to their personal information, which are described here. iasset.com upholds the right of non-discrimination as defined under CCPA.
iasset.com does not sell PI as defined by Section 1.6 of Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes.
EU users have several rights with respect to their personal data including the following: (i) the right to be informed (ii) the right of access; (iii) the right of rectification; (iv) the right of erasure; (v) the right to restrict processing; (vi) the right of data portability; (vii) the right to object to processing; and (viii) the rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling. EU users also have the right to lodge a complaint about the collection or use of their personal information by notifying their EU supervisory authority. Please feel free to contact us regarding this or any other EU data subject right at the email or address information located at the bottom of the Privacy Policy.
Some browsers offer a “do not track” (“DNT”) option. iasset.com does not respond to DNT signals.
We post customer or user testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain consent prior to posting any customer's or user’s name and testimonial.
